MEDC17 immo transfer

Description

This service will transfer immodata between two MEDC17 ECUs.

Notes:

• ✅ Checksums are calculated automatically
• ⚠️ Full bench/boot readouts are required
• ⚠️ Both ECUs must use the same WFS generation
• ⚠️ ECUs with WFS5SWS_SHE are NOT supported
• ⚙️ Donor ECU might require additional adaptation/coding

Supported ECUs:

ME17: ME17.1.6, ME17.5, ME17.5.6, ME17.5.20, ME17.5.22, ME17.5.24, ME17.5.26

MED17: MED17.1, MED17.1.1, MED17.1.6, MED17.1.21, MED17.5, MED17.5.1, MED17.5.2, MED17.5.5, MED17.5.20, MED17.5.21, MED17.5.25

EDC17: EDC17C46, EDC17C54, EDC17C64, EDC17CP04, EDC17CP14, EDC17CP20, EDC17CP24, EDC17CP44, EDC17U01, EDC17U05

ECUs with WFS5SWS_SHE generation don’t contain full immodata in the dump, these can’t be cloned/transfered. In such case recommended solution is immo-off + VIN change.

How to use the service:

1. Read both MEDC17 ECU full dumps in boot/bench
2. Upload both MEDC17 ECU dumps
3. Process dumps
   1. Service will tell you if immodata can be transfered between ECUs
4. Download processed file(s)
5. Write downloaded file(s) to donor MEDC17 ECU
